Week ONE!!!!!!

Okay. So I have started my diet exercise program. And On Monday, that will be a full week of walking, lifting, and eating super healthy.

Can I rec a book? I rec it to all my friends who are trying to be more healthy because it changed my life. It's called The Truth About Beauty by Kat James. It's so positive and really, just a wonderful resource. I've lost 13 pounds, I discovered I had a food addiction, and a gluten allergy. I feel 110% better than I ever did. Conisder adding chromium piccolinate, B-Complex and B-12. These all help with metabolism and energy in a healthy way. They're fairly cheap and good quality from the wal-mart brand. Give it a look, and good luck with your health goals.
